White Lotus Martini 🪷

I don’t know about y’all but I am super sad that White Lotus is already over 🥹. I just REALLY hope they don’t take as long to release another season 😅. A friend and I had a watch party for the finale & I of course had to make a cocktail for the two of us to sip on while watching. Well this one turned out to be a keeper & my friend said she thinks it’s in my top 3 of dranks. I think this would be an elite cocktail as well to serve if you are hosting an Easter 🐰 shindig this weekend 🥂

So here’s whatcha need:

🪷 Coconut infused rum (or flavored if you can’t find infused this will just add more sugar)- 2 oz

🪷 Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)- 1/2 oz

🪷 Liquid RX sugar- 1/2 oz

🪷 Light Pineapple Juice- 1/2 oz

🪷Prosecco for topping off

*Note: I think coconut infused vodka would also be tasty but I cannot verify because I did not try it.

Directions: Pour rum, lime juice, RX sugar & light pineapple juice into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, strain into a martini glass then top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a lime wedge & enjoy!!! 🥂
